Dave has worked in the Industrial & Logistics market for 25 years predominately focussing on Yorkshire and the North East. He has previously headed up the Regional Industrial and Logistics Teams of Cushman and Wakefield, Savills and JLL. He has successfully led multiple site acquisitions for major developers and managed numerous high-profile disposals and acquisitions acting on behalf of clients ranging from blue-chip corporate occupiers to private investors.
